Our balsamic vinegar is aged in oak barrels and guaranteed free from artificial flavors, preservatives, additives, caramel coloring, or thickeners—this is what gives it its outstanding taste. Grape varieties: Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, Albana, Fortana, and Montuni Greenomic balsamic vinegar promises a distinctly fruity and natural sweetness. Excellent for dressing and dipping fruit, cheese, salads, cooked vegetables, and meat.
Grape must, wine vinegar (contains SULFITES), raspberry juice. No caramel coloring or thickening agents.
