Our balsamic vinegar is aged in oak barrels and guaranteed free of artificial flavors, preservatives, additives, caramel coloring, or thickeners—this is what gives it its outstanding taste. Grape variety: Albana, Trebbiano, and Montini Delicate, fruity balsamic vinegar with the incredible freshness of crisp Sicilian lemons. Pleasantly sweet, typical Mediterranean flavor. Excellent with seafood, dressings, and also in mixed drinks.
Grape must, wine vinegar (contains SULFITES), lemon juice. No caramel coloring or thickening agents.
