Pasta: DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA, dried lemons, water. Jar: Olive oil (85%), dried lemons (3%), parsley (2%), pink pepper.
Pour the olive oil into a pan and fry for a few minutes. Cook the trofie in salted water for 9-11 minutes, drain and toss in the pan with the olive oil mixture. Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
