Risotto with truffles, made in Italy.
98.4% Arborio rice, 0.5% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.), vegetable broth [salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrots, onions), sunflower oil, herb extracts], garlic, parsley. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery. Made in Italy.
Heat the onions, salt, and pepper in extra virgin olive oil in a pan, then add the risotto and sauté briefly. Add 850 ml of warm water and a little vegetable stock during the cooking time. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Then leave to rest briefly and refine with butter and Parmesan cheese to taste.
