Risotto with red wine
98% Arborio rice, dehydrated red wine preparation [maltodextrin, red wine (sulfites), red wine extract (sulfites), glucose], radicchio, beet powder. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery. Made in Italy.
Fry the risotto in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper and onions. Add 850ml of warm water and during the cooking some vegetable broth. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Let it steep briefly and refine with some butter & parmesan.
