Our risotto with Italian cheese is an exquisite blend of high-quality ingredients that offer an authentic culinary experience. This dish combines the creamy texture of traditionally prepared risotto with the intense and distinctive flavor of Italian cheeses.
Rice, cheese 8% (milk, salt, rennet), nutmeg, pepper. May contain traces of gluten, nuts, and celery.
Heat the onions, salt, and pepper in extra virgin olive oil in a pan, then add the risotto and fry briefly. Add 850 ml of warm water and a little vegetable stock during the cooking time. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Then leave to rest briefly and refine with a little butter and Parmesan cheese.
