Our Risotto Tricolore is a feast for the senses, combining the colors and flavors of Italy in one delicious dish. Inspired by the colors of the Italian flag, this risotto brings together the fresh, vibrant flavors of tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, peas, and onions in a harmonious ensemble. Experience the culinary diversity of Italy in every bite!
Rice, carrots, zucchini, peas, tomatoes, onions, leeks. May contain traces of gluten, nuts, and celery.
Heat the onions, salt, and pepper in extra virgin olive oil in a pan, then add the risotto and fry briefly. Add 850 ml of warm water and, during cooking, add a little vegetable stock. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Then leave to rest briefly and refine with a little butter and Parmesan cheese.
