Award-winning extra virgin olive oil - one of the best olive oils in the world! Cold-pressed from 100% unripe olives. The olives are harvested carefully in November. We prefer the early harvest, while the olives are still unripe and green. In this phase the harvest is limited in quantity, but the olives develope a fruity and first-class taste.
