Our balsamic vinegar is aged in oak barrels and guaranteed free from artificial flavors, preservatives, additives, caramel coloring, or thickeners—this is what gives it its outstanding taste. Grape varieties: Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, & Montuni Premium quality sweet and sour balsamic vinegar made from pure boiled grape must. Complex, harmonious flavor with a very slight sharpness. Perfect for fine cheeses and fruit. Also enhances salads, filet mignon, seafood, grilled vegetables, marinades, desserts, and vanilla ice cream. No caramel coloring or thickening agents
