Grape variety: Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, Albana, Fortana & Montuni Full-bodied red wine vinegar made from Italian grapes, refined with ripe, delicious figs! A fine and full-bodied balsamic vinegar that will win you over with its aroma alone! Aged in oak barrels. Pairs perfectly with mozzarella and goat cheese. Also great for dressings, salads, marinades for chicken and beef, and even fruit cakes.
