Our balsamic vinegar is aged in oak barrels and guaranteed free of artificial flavors, preservatives, additives, caramel coloring, or thickeners— yet it still impresses with its outstanding taste. As a special highlight, each bottle comes with a pourer handmade by us for you. Grape variety: Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, & Montuni) Balsamic vinegar made from pure boiled grape must, sweet and sour taste with minimal sharpness and a harmonious apple note. Aged in oak barrels. Goes well with any fine cheese and fruit. Enhances meat dishes, seafood, grilled vegetables, salads, and desserts.
Grape must, wine vinegar (contains SULFITES), apple juice (20%). No caramel coloring or thickening agents.
