Our balsamic vinegar is matured for at least one year in oak barrels and is guaranteed to be free from artificial flavors, preservatives and additives, sugar couleur or thickeners - this is what gives it its outstanding taste. As a special highlight, each bottle comes with a pourer handmade by us for you. Grape variety: Lambrusco, Trebbiano, Sangiovese, Ancellotta, Albana, Fortana & Montuni The Greenomic balsamic vinegar promises a distinctly fruity and natural sweetness. Excellent for dressing and dipping fruit, cheese, salads, cooked vegetables and meat.
Grape must, wine vinegar (contains SULFITES), raspberry juice (16%), natural raspberry flavoring. No caramel coloring or thickening agents.
