High-quality balsamic vinegar of the highest grade. It is produced using traditional methods, whereby only the best grapes are selected for the must and finally mixed with the finest wine vinegar. Its excellent taste is the result of a long maturation process.
Delicious sweet and sour, balanced flavor. Enhances almost all dishes, especially grilled or cooked fish, roasts, seafood, mature cheeses, fruit salads, and desserts.
