Moroccan-style couscous is a true all-rounder for your modern kitchen. Finest Italian craftsmanship: Italian ingredients, 100% from Italy, GMO-free. The semolina ensures that the grains retain their shape exceptionally well, do not stick together, and become wonderfully light and fluffy when prepared.
DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA 95.9%, onion, tomato, zucchini, dried vegetable stock (salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrot, onion), sunflower oil, herb extracts), parsley, cardamom, cumin, turmeric, coriander. May contain traces of SOY, CASHEW NUTS, CELERY and MUSTARD.
Ready in 5 minutes. Place the couscous in a bowl and pour over an equal amount of boiling water. Cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving and refine with olive oil.
